Ayurveda, the ancient medical/holistic system
from the Vedic civilization of India, teaches that health is maintained
by the balancing of three subtle energies known as doshas.  Learn what
is yours and how you can align your diet and lifestyle to remain in
balance and optimal well-being.  You'll be surprised to find out what "health" foods are causing damage to you, based on your dominant dosha.  Learn about the foods you should be eating, and the most incredible herbs and supplements to keep us in balance and prevent disease.

This seminar will be given by Amita Jain, Doctor of Ayurveda,
with over 20 years of experience in the sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda.
Her nonprofit clinic in Rockville helps people suffering from chronic
illness using natural and holistic therapies.
